Terms & Conditions EasyWin – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Users

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "EasyWin" refers to the online gambling platform operated under the domain easywin.im, along with all associated services.
• "Member" or "User" refers to an individual who has registered and holds a valid account on the EasyWin platform.
• "Account" refers to each member's personal digital profile, which contains their personal information, credit balance, and activity history within the EasyWin platform.
• "Credits" or "Balance" refers to the monetary value in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held in a member's EasyWin account.
• "Bet" refers to any game or activity on the EasyWin platform that involves wagering credits with the aim of earning returns.
• "Bonus" refers to any bonus credits, free spins, or other benefits granted by EasyWin to members subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum wagering amount that must be completed before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable funds.

These EasyWin Terms & Conditions take effect from the date your account is registered and remain in force for as long as your account is active, or until EasyWin provides notice of changes. EasyWin reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time with reasonable notice to members.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, MyKad number, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. EasyWin enforces a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. You may be required to submit a copy of your MyKad, a recent utility bill, or a bank statement as proof of identity and address before your first withdrawal is processed.

Every EasyWin member is permitted to hold only one active account. This one-account policy applies without exception. The following rules govern EasyWin account management:

• Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If two or more accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts will be frozen and any credit balance will be forfeited without compensation.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, unless you have reported unauthorised access to EasyWin within 24 hours.
• Credit transfers between different member accounts are not permitted.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. EasyWin reserves the right to impose a monthly administrative fee of RM5 on dormant accounts that still hold a balance. Members will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• EasyWin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• EasyWin is not liable for any unauthorised third-party access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

In the event of a dispute between a member and EasyWin, a formal appeal may be initiated by contacting the EasyWin support team. All disputes will be resolved within 5 business days. The decision of EasyWin's management team following a thorough investigation is final.

EasyWin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Such action may be taken without prior notice in certain cases, including:

• Fraud, falsification of information, or registering an account using a false identity.
• Abuse of the bonus system or collusion between multiple accounts.
• Use of bots, automated software, or any unauthorised technical methods.
• Behaviour that disrupts or negatively affects the experience of other members.
• Failure to pass KYC verification after repeated requests.

You may also request the closure or temporary suspension of your own EasyWin account at any time as a responsible gaming measure. Any valid credit balance will be returned within 3–5 business days once the closure is processed, subject to the completion of all required investigations.

These EasyWin Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions must first be resolved through EasyWin's internal process before any legal action is taken.
