Account & Registration

Registering with EasyWin is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Visit easywin.im and click the "Register" button. Enter your full name (as per your MyKad), Malaysian phone number, email address, and date of birth. Create a username and strong password, agree to the Terms & Conditions, then verify your email via the link sent to you. Your account will be active immediately after verification.

EasyWin is an exclusive entertainment platform for individuals aged 18 and above residing in Malaysia. All applicants will go through an age verification process during registration. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be terminated immediately and any remaining balance will be forfeited without prior notice.

No. EasyWin only allows one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of EasyWin's Terms & Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being terminated. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password recovery function or contact our support team.

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. The documents needed are: (1) Photos of your Malaysian MyKad — front and back, (2) a selfie holding your MyKad, and (3) proof of payment method (e.g. a screenshot of your bank or e-wallet account). All documents are processed within 1–2 business days and are fully encrypted.

Log in to your EasyWin account, click the profile icon in the top right corner, and select "Account Settings". From there, you can update your phone number, email address, password, and security preferences. Changes to financial information (such as your bank account number) may require additional verification for security purposes.

To close your EasyWin account, contact our 24/7 Live Chat support or email support@easywin.im. Make sure you have withdrawn all remaining balance before submitting your request. Account closure typically takes 3–5 business days. Alternatively, you may use the Self-Exclusion feature if you wish to take a break from playing temporarily or permanently.

If you have forgotten your EasyWin username, you can still log in using your registered Malaysian phone number or email address instead. An EasyWin account may be suspended for several reasons: repeated failed login attempts, suspicious activity, incomplete KYC, or a violation of our Terms & Conditions. Deposit & Payment Methods

The minimum deposit at EasyWin is RM10 for digital wallet methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay. For FPX payments via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks, the minimum deposit is RM20. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though limits may vary depending on your VIP account tier.

EasyWin supports a variety of local Malaysian deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow Transfer, GrabPay, Boost eWallet, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. All methods are secure and processed in real time. EasyWin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Most EasyWin deposits are credited instantly or within just a few minutes. Deposits via digital wallets (TnG, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are typically instant. Deposits via FPX or bank transfer may take up to 15 minutes during peak hours. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact our Live Chat support with your transaction proof.

If your deposit fails, first check that your e-wallet or bank account has sufficient funds and that your internet connection is stable. Wait a few minutes before trying again. If the amount has been deducted from your account but not credited to your EasyWin balance, save your transaction proof (reference number) and contact our Live Chat support immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours.

Yes! EasyWin lets you set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming page in your account settings. This is part of EasyWin's commitment to responsible gaming. Limits take effect immediately once set, while requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour waiting period.

EasyWin does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers (such as banks or e-wallet operators) may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider regarding any fees they may apply on their end before making a deposit.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at EasyWin is RM30. There is no maximum limit for regular members (up to RM5,000 per day), while VIP members enjoy higher daily withdrawal limits. Please ensure your KYC is completed before making your first withdrawal to avoid any delays.

EasyWin processes withdrawals within 15 to 30 minutes for standard members who have completed KYC verification. VIP members enjoy faster processing times. Withdrawals to digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and DuitNow are typically faster than conventional bank transfers. Withdrawals submitted after 11 PM may be processed the following day.

Our team will check the transaction status and escalate to our finance department if necessary to resolve your issue.

A withdrawal may be rejected for several reasons: (1) KYC is incomplete or documents are invalid, (2) Bonus wagering requirements have not been met, (3) Withdrawal account details do not match the name on your EasyWin account, (4) Daily withdrawal limit has been reached, or (5) Suspicious activity has been detected. A welcome bonus of up to RM888 is automatically credited once you make your first deposit of RM50 and above upon registering a new EasyWin account. A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to wager before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive an RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must place bets totalling RM2,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn. This is an industry-standard practice designed to ensure fair use of bonuses.

EasyWin's weekly cashback is calculated based on your net losses from the previous week (Monday to Sunday) and is credited every Tuesday before noon. The cashback percentage depends on your VIP tier — starting at 5% for standard members and going up to 15% for Platinum members. Cashback is credited directly to your account balance with no wagering requirements.

The EasyWin referral programme rewards you with a RM30 bonus for every friend who signs up using your referral code and makes a minimum first deposit of RM50.
